President, VP, RS vote part of House proceeding, says SC but Sita Soren not yet out of woods

The Supreme Court ruled that voting in RS poll forms part of the privileges and immunities enjoyed by the House and its members. The court underlined the importance of protection given to MLAs to ensure they vote in RS elections without fear or legal prosecution for the dignity and functioning of the state assembly.
